LAKE, Ohio -A Sheffield Lake woman made a frantic call to 911 on Thursday after her pet boa constrictor wrapped itself around her neck. The dispatcher calmly tries to assist.

In the 911 call, the woman sounds panicked while asking for help. At another point, she says, "I don't even know what".

"I have a boa constrictor stuck to my face!"

A firefighter in OH cut the head off of a woman's pet boa constrictor after the 5-foot-long animal wouldn't let go of her face and nose, authorities said. The snake's body was later placed in a garbage bin.

"Ma'am, you have a what?" the dispatcher responded. Two were boas; the rest are ball pythons.

Firefighters used a knife to cut off the snake's head and remove it from her.

The attached 911 call is getting plenty of attention, after a woman called 911 to report that one of the 11 snakes she rescued had turned against her, and began biting her face. The woman's injuries were non-life-threatening.

He adds that two drops of rubbing alcohol could have gotten it to release its jaws.
