USC to OJ Simpson: Keep out

Simpson is one of the most illustrious players in USC football history, as he was a unanimous two-time All-American.

USC HC Clay Helton said that the school has no plans to include former RB O.J. Simpson in any university functions.

What would you do if O.J. Simpson walked into your office? "That's been the statement by the university".

Despite efforts to distance itself from Simpson following the "trial of the century", USC still features Simpson in its 2017 media guide including in the "Heisman Trophy" section and his number 32 has been retired by the program. He racked up 36 touchdowns and more than 3,400 rushing yards in just two years.

Simpson's had a complicated relationship with USC over the years.

Homeland Security Chief Kelly Replacing Priebus as WH Chief of Staff
At a press briefing Thursday, White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders refused to say Priebus had Trump's confidence. The issue, he said, was that he believed Priebus had been anxious about the dinner because he hadn't been invited.

The Associated Press reported that Simpson had previously been a guest at a USC practice before the 2003 Orange Bowl. Cowlings was the driver during the infamous low-speed police chase of a white Ford Bronco following the 1994 murders of Simpson's ex-wife, Nicole Brown Simpson and her friend, Ronald Goldman.

"I don't think I could ever feel disconnected from 'SC, I really don't", Simpson said at the time, according to the Los Angeles Times' Gary Klein.

"It was good to have him out here", then-USC coach Pete Carroll told the Los Angeles Times. Additionally, he led the team to a national championship in 1967 and won the Heisman Trophy for his efforts in 1968.

"It's great to finally have another Heisman victor at SC", Simpson told him. When asked about Simpson's presence at a team practice, he would not offer anything else.

However, his football career has not been what has kept him in the news recently.
