Taylor Swift announces new album after court victory

Ahead of the release of Reputation's first single (the full album drops November 10), let's reminisce about how fierce T. Swift was before she channeled her inner reptile.

The first single from the album is out on Thursday night. The trio's beef began when West referred to Swift in his hit "Famous", where he rapped "I made that bitch famous", after saying, "I feel like me and Taylor might still have sex". The addition of an extra year to that marketing algorithm intensified anticipation, and expectation, around the new music, especially considering Swift's exponential growth in profile around the world since shucking her country roots on her last album. On the album cover, Swift is amidst black and white newspapers and is wearing a shirt that is shredded up as she holds a solemn stare.

Considering she's taking full advantage of the snake thing for this album, we have a feeling this is only the beginning of Swift speaking up.

Swift, 27, was compared to a snake after claiming she had not approved a lyric on West's track Famous.

After few days of being silent from her social media accounts, the "Shake-it-off" singer has uploaded a #Video Clip on Monday on her Instagram and Twitter page, in which made many fans speculate about the possible release of the singer of a new song.

But after "Famous" came out, Swift condemned the line as misogynistic and expressed that she was not privy to the use of her name in that context.

Buzzfeed investigated the unusual lack of serpents on the reality star's photographs and concluded that she must have the keyword filter on.

To say Swift's new music is "eagerly awaited" would be an understatement.

She vowed to assist other victims of sexual assault following the court judgment.
