Wilshere reveals Invincibles blueprint for Arsenal style

The England global has said that the 3-4-3 formation allows the ball to be played further up the pitch, much like the side that went the entire league season without defeat.

Wilshere has impressed in the Europa League and League Cup for Arsenal this season, though he is yet to make a Premier League appearance.

The 25-year-old made a full recovery from a broken leg prior to the worldwide break, playing the full 90 minutes in the Carabao Cup win over Doncaster Rovers and in the Europa League success at BATE Borisov.

Crystal Palace are also being credited with an interest and Wilshere will be aware he needs to be playing regularly as he attempts to force his way back into the England fold ahead of next summer's World Cup in Russian Federation.

Arsene Wenger slapped a £20m price tag on the midfielder in the summer when Slaven Bilic previously showed interest in his services, but with his contract expiring in the summer, a cut price will surely be available for Wilshere.

Status of high stakes Spain-Catalonia standoff
About 2.3 million Catalans, or 43 per cent of the electorate in the wealthy northeastern region, voted in the referendum. It was the leader's first speech since the controversial October 1 referendum.

Wilshere, who has 34 England caps, has made only three appearances for Arsenal this term and none of those have been in the Premier League.

A series of impact injuries over the last few years have seriously stunted his progress but he hopes to get back to his best in the near future. He didn't want me to play as a left-winger. It's nearly like a No 10 position if you like.

Gooners, do you think Wilshere will get a run of games in the league this season?

Wilshere told the club's official website: "The boss chose to change the shape previous year, it worked well and he's stuck with it. That's probably the best change".
