Arkansas QB Cole Kelley Suspended Indefinitely After DWI Arrest

Arkansas Razorbacks quarterback Cole Kelley was arrested early Sunday by Fayetteville Police on charges of suspicion of DWI, careless driving and violation of the implied consent law. "It's a learning lesson that I hope he takes full advantage of".

A redshirt freshman, Kelley had started Arkansas' previous four games before resuming his spot as the backup to Austin Allen in Saturday's 33-10 loss to LSU. Storey played three times past year, in games against Texas State, Alcorn State and Auburn, completing one of four passes for three yards. Once he was pulled over, the record states his eyes were red and watery.

Allen, the incumbent senior starter, had not started a game since sustaining a shoulder injury on October 7 against SC. He declined to perform a breath test at the scene of the arrest. Kelley did play against the Tigers, completing 3 of 10 passes for 36 yards with an interception in the final two drives of the game.

Emissions Were Flat for Three Years. Now They're Rising Again
The budget took into account the amount of fossil fuels that nations around the world burn. Chinese emissions are projected to rise 3.5% (+0.7 to +5.4%) in 2017 (GDP up about 6.8%).

Bielema has not yet publicly announced disciplinary actions against Kelley, who is still listed as a second-string quarterback for now alongside Ty Storey. He is 87 of 151 for 1,038 yards, with 8 touchdowns and 4 interceptions. The senior had previously been sidelined for four games with a right shoulder injury.

The Razorbacks (4-6, 1-5 SEC) host Mississippi State this Saturday before concluding the regular season vs. Missouri.
