Patriots hand Broncos 5th straight defeat

The Patriots are set to matchup with the Broncos in Denver on Sunday night.

Lewis also ran for a touchdown in helping the Patriots (7-2) win on the road for the 12th straight time.

The Broncos' offense stepped up on the next series and it ended with a field goal. Backup Brock Osweiler started that game and threw two interceptions, while Denver's defense surrendered 419 yards of total offense.

Thanks to some incredible special teams play by New England, Brady was consistently starting drives in great field position.

Felipe Massa: Brazil send-off felt like a win
I will never forget today", the Brazilian said after being invited to the podium in a crowded Interlagos track in Sao Paulo. I had a very good last few corners and I could see when we pulled out of the last corner that he was quite far away.

Brady finished the game with 266 yards passing and three touchdowns, completing 25 of his 34 pass attempts. At the end of the first quarter, the Patriots lead the Broncos 14-6.

The Broncos have muffed a punt, allowed a 103-yard kickoff return, and had a punt blocked, which nearly seems unfair against the Patriots. With Gillislee inactive, Rex Burkhead, Dion Lewis, James White and Brandon Bolden are the team's four running backs.

The Patriots added another special teams impact play when Burkhead broke through to block a Riley Dixon punt, leading to Gostkowski's second field goal of the game, a 28-yarder that gave the Patriots a 20-6 lead midway through the second quarter.

The Patriots have four tight ends active for Sunday night's game - Bennett, Rob Gronkowski, Dwayne Allen and Jacob Hollister. Broncos LB Todd Davis went out in the first half with an ankle injury.
