Michael Bublé takes the stage again after son's cancer

Michael Bublé is returning to the stage for the first time since taking a break from music to focus on his 4-year-old son, Noah, and his battle with cancer.

Announcing his Hyde Park show, Buble said: "I can't wait to come over to see my fans in London".

Bublé had cancelled all his work commitments as he and his Argentinian actress wife Luisana faced up to the diagnosis.

The star will top the bill at the BST festival in Hyde Park next July, which is now his only United Kingdom gig in 2018.

Tickets from €89.50 including booking fee go on sale Friday 17 November at 9am at Ticketmaster.ie and all Ticketmaster outlets nationwide.

"My son's recovery is a long process as you all know and he has to continue with check-ups", she said.

Buble and Lopilato also have a one-year-old son, Elias.

Bruno Mars and Roger Waters have already been announced as headliners for the 2018 festival.
