Unnamed actress sues Harvey Weinstein over sexual battery

An unidentified actress has filed a suit against Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein, alleging he raped her in his room at a Beverly Hills hotel a year ago, entertainment publication Variety reported Tuesday.

The court document goes on to say that when Weinstein met the woman he asked her if he could masturbate in front of her, and when she said "no", he forced her to watch him.

She claims Weinstein first assaulted her in 2015 and then raped her in the Montage Hotel in spring previous year after he discussed getting her a role in his Marco Polo TV series.

"Any allegations of non-consensual sex are unequivocally denied by Mr. Weinstein", a representative for the producer tells PEOPLE in a statement. After briefly excusing himself, Weinstein allegedly returned in a bathrobe.

Paz de la Huerta filed a police report alleging she was raped by Weinstein back in 2010 on two occasions.

Trump tweets about the wrong mass shooting, gets trolled
The US President's tweet appears to reference a shooting at a Texas church on 6 November, in which 26 people were killed. Even TV presenter Piers Morgan, a friend of the United States leader, tweeted Trump to point out his error.

In addition to Weinstein, the woman is suing the Weinstein Co., claiming its executives were aware of the producer's sexual misconduct. She's seeking damages an injunction that would bar Weinstein and TWC from "engaging in similar conduct toward other women".

According to E! News, the woman has alleged Weinstein of sexually assaulting her in his hotel room after agreeing to meet him to discuss a movie role. "He pulled down her jeans and started to orally copulate her. Plaintiff pushed Weinstein's head off of her and told him, 'Stop!'" The actress says she told Weinstein that "she did not want to do anything sexual with him".

The document continues, "Weinstein then used his massive weight and strength to force himself on her, pushing his penis inside of her vagina without a condom. Mr. Weinstein obviously can't speak to anonymous allegations, but with respect to any women who have made allegations on the record, Mr. Weinstein believes that all of these relationships were consensual". A crisis manager from Armenta has said they were "recently approached by a legally blind, disabled actress" who claimed Weinstein raped her in his NY office building several years ago.

"Before Plaintiff could leave, Weinstein grabbed her and pulled her into the bedroom", the suit states.

He is now under investigation by NYPD, LAPD, Scotland Yard and the Beverly Hills police. That 2016 meeting turned into a sexual assault that saw Weinstein penetrating the woman forcefully and against her will.
