Superhot 'Rouge-Like' Expansion Announced With Reveal Trailer

Time puzzling shooter Superhot will get a brand new expansion titled, Superhot: Mind Control Delete, it was revealed today by SUPERHOT team.

The Steam Early Access title will be sold at a reduced price while in development, while the finished game will retail for $25. The game will force you through dozens of increasingly hard time-moves-only-when-you-move gameplay challenges.

PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds Miramar desert map revealed
However, with Miramar's limited waters, it's hard to say there would be a major advantage over a boat on that map. The game will come to Xbox One on December 12 , and it's now available in Early Access on Steam.

"Each challenge will make you more powerful and bring you closer to deciphering the secrets hidden from you by the system", Superhot Team says of the new expansion. The expansion will feature multiple playable characters, and along the way, you unlock new abilities to take down your enemies.

There's a build coming tomorrow via Early Access to test out with two playable characters for testing purposes. In our usual no-compromise approach to design, we made that roadmap way more ambitious than originally anticipated and we chose to make the expansion a fully standalone game, allowing us to rewrite and reimagine all of our major gameplay systems. The replay system that worked so well in the first Superhot is also still a work-in-progress, but the developer is adamant that the game should be created and refined with the help of its players. SUPERHOT Team is inviting players to put some thought and energy into shaping and balancing the game itself. It has only been announced for Steam, and those who already own the original Superhot will receive the standalone expansion for free when the full version is expected to release in 9-12 months, or "autumn-ish 2018". "After over a year of work on Mind Control Delete, we're now ready to start this adventure together again".
