New lawsuit alleges director Bryan Singer raped a 17-year-old boy

New lawsuit alleges director Bryan Singer raped a 17-year-old boy

Guzman was 17 at the time.

In 1997, a 14-year-old extra accused Singer in a lawsuit of asking him and other minors to film a nude shower scene for the film "Apt Pupil".

"As a result of the misconduct and unlawful acts described herein, Plaintiff has suffered, and continues to suffer, general and special damages", the Pacific Northwest filing on behalf of Cesar Sanchez-Guzman says.

In the lawsuit, Cesar Sanchez-Guzman alleges that Singer offered to give him a tour of the yacht during a boat party near Seattle in 2003.

After the alleged assault, Sanchez-Guzman states in the lawsuit that Singer threatened to ruin his reputation if he came forward.

Audrey Jenning, a Red Kettle bell ringer at South Belt Walmart, said donations at her kettle have been steady since she started about a week ago.

The suit alleges that Singer later told Sanchez-Guzman he could help him with his acting career.

Reps for Singer have been contacted by Metro.co.uk but they have not yet responded; reps told TMZ that Sanchez-Guzman's lawyers was the same man who represented Michael Egan, who had previously accused Singer of sexual misconduct but then withdrew his claims. When Sanchez-Guzman refused, Singer allegedly forced Sanchez-Guzman to perform oral sex on him before raping him. Although the alleged victim pleaded with him to stop, Singer allegedly wouldn't and caused him to choke.

In 2014, Singer faced a civil lawsuit from Egan, who claimed Singer and other Hollywood executives sexually assaulted him 15 years earlier. The allegations did not hold up in court, and the charges were ultimately dismissed.

Guzman says he suffered emotional distress, mental anguish, and physical and mental pain. He was also sentenced to two years in federal prison for an unrelated fraud case.

Singer was recently fired from the set of Bohemian Rhapsody, in which Rami Malek is playing the late Queen singer Freddie Mercury, after the director failed to return to London, where the movie is filming.
