PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds will enter PUBG 1.0 launch on December 20

Although PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds has become something of a worldwide phenomenon, gamers everywhere are undoubtedly exhausted of experiencing the same Russian landscape time and time again.

During tonight's broadcast of The Game Awards, the first gameplay video of PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds' upcoming new desert map (called Miramar) was shown, giving viewers a much closer look at the game's second map.

In addition to this, developer PUBG Corp is adding Miramar. When we made a decision to create a new map, we focused on creating an environment that is very different from Erangel. The map will also feature unique vehicles like an off-roading pickup truck.

Miramar is a new desert map, where we'll see denser urban areas and cities far larger than what we've seen in the current map Erangel. Do note, that this map will be free to all players.

Bayonetta 1 + 2 are heading to Nintendo Switch
Both Bayonetta games are heading to Nintendo Switch next February, the publisher announced during The Game Awards 2016. We remember Nintendo doing this before with the original Bayonetta 2 release on the Wii U.

All new gameplay was shown live on air and it was revealed that the map will be available TONIGHT on test servers.

Player Unknown Battlegrounds has had a hell of a year, one that will go down in history in the world of successful game launches.

This weekend on Saturday December 9, Xbox Australia will be bringing the rush and excitement of PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds (PUBG) to life by releasing three separate supply drops in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.
