Cohen Again Denies He Made Prague Visit During Trump Campaign

I have many (too many!) lawyers and they are probably wondering when their offices, and even homes, are going to be raided with everything, including their phones and computers, taken.

If such is the case, it might be very problematic for Trump administration as it proves one of the main parts of Christopher Steele's dossier that alleged Trump campaign colluded with Russian Federation in the 2016 USA presidential elections.

Special counsel Robert Mueller has evidence showing that President Trump's personal lawyer, Michael Cohen, visited Prague during August or September of 2016, McClatchy reported Friday.

If Cohen and AMI's payments were created to prevent the disclosure of information that would hurt Trump's presidential bid, they could be found to be illegal in-kind contributions far in excess of personal contribution limits. Cohen said the payment, which was made 11 days before the 2016 presidential election, was a private transaction, and claimed that neither the Trump Organization nor the Trump campaign was involved.

But they also want DOJ and the FBI to investigate whether the representations the Federal Bureau of Investigation made to the secret Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) court to obtain a warrant that started the surveillance of the Trump transition team "were in error".

They replaced him with Derek Fisher , who was sacked a year later for Jeff Hornacek , who has now also been dismissed. He did so due to frustration over the drama and dysfunction surrounding the organization.

In the scenario reported by McClatchy, investigators have found evidence Cohen entered the Czech Republic through Germany in the Schengen Area, where the borders are open. President Trump similarly dismissed the allegation as false. The pornographic actress, whose real name is Stephanie Clifford, accepted a payment from Cohen shortly before Election Day in 2016 in exchange for her silence on a sexual relationship she says she had with Trump in 2006. The plan would have ended US sanctions imposed on Russia in 2014 in response to its incursion into Ukraine in exchange for minimal Russian concessions.

Herndon, Trump's lawyer, said that after the process is resolved, the ultimate outcome on what documents are deemed unprivileged may produce new litigation. Prosecutors have said Cohen is under criminal investigation, although no charges have been filed.

Other staffers at the Trump Organization have been further tied to the payments made by Cohen.

"I know that the President worked with him as a personal attorney".

Citing information from an unidentified "Kremlin insider", Steele's dossier says the Prague meeting agenda also included discussion - "in cryptic language for security reasons - of how to "sweep it all under the carpet and make sure no connection could be fully established or proven".
