RED Hydrogen One heading to AT&T and Verizon this summer

We'll likely have more information on the Hydrogen One leading up to its release.

The Hydrogen phone was first announced in August 2017.

High-end camera maker Red revealed last summer that it was working on its first smartphone.

In January, RED confirmed that its first smartphone, the upcoming Hydrogen One, would boast "unprecedented carrier support" and that it would launch during the summer months of this year.

RED's Hydrogen One is one of the more mysterious phones given that not much is known about the phone.

She said the "positive photos " were meant to combat his "bad" portrayal in the press, and reiterated it was not done for money. Bride-to-be Meghan Markle decided not to have adult bridesmaids because she did not want to have to choose between her friends.

YouTube personality Marques Brownlee saw a prototype of the phone previous year and was impressed by the holographic screen despite some rough edges that Red will presumably smooth over before the phone launches.

That's something not available on any other handset right now, whether they run iOS or Android. Verizon also doesn't give a release date for the phone.

Are you planning on picking up the RED Hydrogen One whenever it launches? Studios in Los Angeles on either June 2nd or June 3rd. If the pre-order price is any indication, though, prepare for a sizable dent in your bank account.

Red also says that the Hydrogen One will be a modular phone, capable of adding on accessories - most of which sound like they'll be geared toward adding to the camera's capabilities. "Unlocked" Pre-orders will however ship before that".
