In fact, she became so enraged she chose to poo on the floor in the middle of the coffee shop, bending down afterwards to grab her own faeces and throw it at a staff member. It was deleted from the self-broadcasting platform a little too late as it was already widely circulated on Twitter.

It was literally a crappy day for one British Columbia woman. The woman then heads for the container with the serviettes and pulls out a few. She returns to napkin dispenser two more times, where she wipes herself and throws the soiled napkins at staff before making her exit. She then fled the scene.

The employee called the authorities after the incident happened and they continue to investigate it.

A spokesperson for Tim Hortons told CTV News it appears an employee refused to let the woman into the restaurant's locked restroom based on the customer's "past behavior".

"We strive to create a welcoming environment for all of our guests and the communities we serve", the statement added.

Police arrested the woman, who was released on a promise to appear in court. The police said they were familiar with the woman and her antics prior to the incident.

Tim Hortons representatives confirmed that purchases are not necessary to use store restrooms, although some restaurants may have door codes or other locks on bathrooms, according to local reports.

Tim Hortons says it will be working with the owner of the restaurant to help look into the whole situation.
