E3 2018: Origin Access Premiere Announced at EA Play

When Origin Premier launches this northern hemisphere summer, gamers will get access to the latest titles including Battlefield V, Anthem, FIFA 19, and Madden NFL 19 upon their respective launches.

Electronic Arts CEO Andrew Wilson took the stage at EA Play 2018 to announce Origin Access Premier. This is a new subscription service that will cost you $15 per month or $100 per year.

The Origin Access Premier service will begin later with its first title, Madden NFL 19, and will also include EA's titles such as Federation Internationale de Football Association 19, Battlefield V, and Anthem as the company announced on stage at E3. The biggest addition will be instant access to new games as they release. This is bit costly compared to the regular service of Origin Access pricing only $4.99/month, and $29.99 per year. Subscribers will also be able to play games ahead of launch through the service.

For players who are not currently a member of Origin Access, sign-up for a free seven-day trial** available now through June 17, 2018 to download and play games from the Origin Access library. This new service that Electronic Arts introduced at E3 seems to be a similar Xbox Games Pass for Xbox owners, as it allows players to access a variety of games that are changed every now and then for a subscription fee.
