De Gea refuses to rule out Real Madrid move

Spain's David de Gea wants the country's new Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez to publicly apologise for comments made about his alleged involvement in a sexual assault case two years ago.

Manchester United goalkeeper David de Gea has joked he may be forced out of the dressing room at Old Trafford, due to his taste in music.

Sanchez visited the Spain World Cup squad last week and used the occasion to clear the air with the 27-year-old.

'Football is football and a thousand things can happen. It's very important to have a good World Cup and I hope we can go far and win - that would be fantastic.

De Gea, however, is now in Russian Federation preparing for the upcoming FIFA World Cup. But I'm always calm and come my way, I will continue to be the same.

De Gea spoke about how hard it was to rectify the damage it had on his reputation with the Manchester United man still unsure why the accusations came out on the eve of a major tournament. "It is important to be focused and be 100 percent". But obviously, I have family and people that are close to you who are more affected than me.

"It's a World Cup, you always go with the same desire", De Gea said.

'We are very excited, there is a good team, a good group. The side did win the trophy in 2010 and if De Gea plays to his best ability, the Spanish side will be tough to score against.
