Maisie Williams is saying goodbye to her role of Arya Stark and the series Game of Thrones, which recently wrapped filming.
On July 7, the British actress - who plays Aria Stark on the Emmy-winning show, which was primarily shot in Northern Ireland - shared a snapshot of herself wearing white sneakers splattered with blood.
Maisie went on to explain how she has never found Game of Thrones misogynistic, despite many criticising it for just that.
Last month, her co-star, Emilia Clarke, posted a sentimental message about her last day on set. "Goodbye Game of Thrones", she wrote alongside the photo.

The move also is considered sensitive because of China's claims over Taiwan, which it views as a breakaway province. Marines usually guard missions in countries with which Washington has formal diplomatic ties.
The eighth and final season of the show will air in 2019. "What a joy I've had".
Whether it's Arya's, Dany's, or another major character remains to be seen, but "Last Woman Standing" (a potential reference to being the last major actress left to film scenes) is a cheeky nod towards Williams' character sticking it out to the very end.
"Here's to the adventures too come #lastwomanstanding #barely #immasleepforthenextfouryears #justkiddingidontsleep". Maisie's revelation could easily mean that the other female characters have been killed.
With the long wait ahead for the final season, Game of Thrones' creators have been using multiple ways to prevent storylines from reaching the public, including filming multiple endings for the series finale and likely keeping secrets from the cast. Who knows? Until then, feel free to decipher her post for Easter eggs (or should I say dragon eggs?) and cultivate your own theories about the forthcoming season.
