Prince Harry treats Prince Louis to £8,000 christening present

Queen Elizabeth missed on Monday the christening ceremony of Prince Louis, the third child of Britain's Prince William.

The Duchess of Cambridge looked calm and collected as she walked to St James's Chapel with Prince William, Princess Charlotte and Prince George. The robe, which was handmade by Angela Kelly, the Queen's personal dressmaker, is a replica of the original christening gown designed for Queen Victoria's eldest daughter.

The 11-week-old is set to get baptized at the Chapel Royal in St James's Palace and Kensington Palace have now confirmed that Nicholas van Cutsem, Guy Pelly, Harry Aubrey-Fletcher, Lady Laura Meade, Mrs. Robert Carter and Lucy Middleton will all be godparents.

A royal source said it had been agreed some time ago that the 92-year-old queen would not attend the small, family affair and her absence was not due to any health issues.

ITV News royal editor, Chris Ship, tweeted about the little Princess and her sassiness and it's since been mentioned by a number of other publications. While Harry also wore a blue suit and light blue tie, Meghan opted for an olive Ralph Lauren dress with a matching headpiece and Manolo Blanik pumps.

Russians indicted over USA election hack
The announcement came only three days before President Donald Trump is to meet Russian President Vladimir Putin in Helsinki. But that indictment had not directly tied the meddling effort to Russia's government.

Prince William and his wife, the Duchess of Cambridge Kate Middleton, announced the little prince's godparents at the chapel - and no, they are not Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.

Catherine's sister Pippa, who is expecting her first child, was also at the special occasion with her husband James Matthews, along with their parents Michael and Carole Middleton.

But big sister Princess Charlotte, being the natural scene stealer she is, still managed to nab the spotlight-even if only for a moment. The editorial' of melty revealed the adorable pictures of the baptism of the prince Louis.

While many famous royal faces will gather for Prince Louis' christening today, Queen Elizabeth II won't be one of them.

Meghan's short-sleeved, knee-length dress continued a couple of fashion trends we've seen from her beginning with her Givenchy wedding gown: boat necks and belts.
