In wake of book, Trump calls Omarosa 'a lowlife'

Director of Communications for the White House Public Liaison Office Omarosa Manigault listens during the daily press briefing at the White House, Oct. 27, 2017.

In the former White House staffer's forthcoming tell-all book Unhinged, she claims that Trump used racial slurs on the set of The Apprentice, where she was a contestant. With his regular bully-on-a-playground swiftness, Trump responded and called her a "lowlife".

After the 2016 presidential election, in an interview with the Independent Journal Review, Omarosa Manigault-Newman said that the Trump had a long memory and that his team was keeping a list of their enemies.

She also alleges that Trump has exhibited signs of a "mental decline that could not be denied" and says she went as far as printing out a study linking Diet Coke consumption to dementia and strokes and putting it in his briefing stack.

Israel and Hamas agreed to a truce
Despite the animosity, the bitter enemies appear to be working through Egyptian mediators to avoid another war . The strikes came after dozens of rockets were launched from the coastal enclave towards Israel late Wednesday.

The name-calling came in response to a question about a series of explosive claims in Manigault Newman's forthcoming book about her time in the Trump administration. When she left the White House, she says she was offered $15,000 a month to serve in a "senior position" on Trump's 2020 re-election campaign. In the book, she paints Trump as scattered, self-absorbed, misogynistic and insecure.

But CNN reports that The White House has called Omarosa a "disgruntled former employee" who is trying to make a buck off of fake stories.

White House press secretary Sarah Sanders said: 'This book is riddled with lies and false accusations.

According to the Post, an excerpt from Unhinged also claims that Lara Trump, the President's daughter-in-law, and adviser offered Omarosa a job after she was sacked from The White House. She acknowledges she had never been able to obtain or hear the tapes but said three unnamed sources had described their contents.
