Lucy Mecklenburgh calls for CBB to revoke warning given to Ryan Thomas

EAMONN Holmes has branded Roxanne Pallett's apology for accusing Ryan Thomas of punching her in the Celebrity Big Brother house a "PR stunt".

In the Big Brother house, Ms Pallett branded Mr Thomas a "woman beater" and told other housemates he had harmed her.

Upon receiving the warning, Thomas apologised but said he had not meant to hurt Pallett. Online, they said: "Roxanne has made a mockery of the Me Too movement with that fake apology and lies about Ryan".

In an interview with Jeremy Vine this morning, she said: "After it happened I just felt like, I don't know how to explain... my mind ran away with me. It was the word "deliberately" I regret".

After she walked, Thomas told Big Brother the whole saga had taken quite a toll on him. "I got it wrong".

"I'd be devastated and mortified to think that one person would think I've discredited or undermined abuse".

She insisted that bosses for the Channel 5 show have handled the situation badly by not letting Ryan see the footage or know that it reveals he did nothing wrong.

Barcelona , which has won its three opening league games, led 3-2 at the break before adding five second-half goals without reply. Huesca were not done there, though, as Alex Gallar netted a second for the visitors just before the half-time interval.

Ben's words come not long after Roxanne apologised for making the accusations against Ryan on The Jeremy Vine Show - her first public appearance since leaving the CBB house after Friday night's eviction - though it was widely derided as "disingenuous" and a "PR stunt".

Thomas' brother Adam, who played Adam Barton in Emmerdale over the last nine years, slammed the interview as "pathetic" and accused Pallett of acting.

"She has now been reunited with her fiancé and family and thanks everyone for their support during her time in the show".

When asked what she would say to Thomas, the former Emmerdale actress replied: "I massively apologise to not just Ryan but to his family and friends and his fans and every single person who watched that and completely and justifiably saw an over-reaction to what wasn't a malicious act. I can't prove you a feeling".

'There was no malicious intention behind that, and that is what I apologise for because I shouldn't have questioned his motivation.

Pallett said on the show that she was not being paid for the interview, and it's the hardest thing she's done in her life.

'I don't agree with the death threats, the social media world is cruel and its a direct contact, I can understand why her accounts were deleted'.
