Ex-Cowboys running back Joseph Randle accused of sexual assault

Former NFL running back Joseph Randle has been arrested in Kansas today and charged with rape.

According to jail records obtained by TMZ, Randle was arrested for rape early Friday morning in Sedgwick County, Kansas.

The 26-year-old has spent most of the past two years in jail but was released in June after receiving five years' probation related to an altercation at a house party in 2016.

He received six months of probation in 2015 after getting arrested for shoplifting the year before, NBC News reports.

February 21, 2016: Arrested after allegedly ramming partygoers with a vehicle after a dispute playing beer pong. Police refused to pursue charges against him in a domestic disturbance complaint, but the NFL's investigators determined that Randle violated league policies.

Thousands protest in Syria's Idlib against possible Assad offensive
However, the Post article itself admits that 14,000 fighters in Idlib are linked to al-Qaeda, though the figure is likely much higher .

This is far from the first time Randle has been in trouble. Several of them were related to Randle hitting three people with a auto after an argument at a housewarming party. He was later convicted of aggravated battery, aggravated burglary, criminal threat, and marijuana possession, in relation to the incident.

Randle played for Dallas from 2013-15. Randle was asked to leave the party, and he reportedly backed his vehicle into a number of other guests on his way out.

Randle was named the Cowboys' starting running back in 2015 before injuries sidelined him and gave Darren McFadden a chance to take over the role.

Randle, who has spent most of the past two years in jail, had been convicted of aggravated burglary, aggravated battery, criminal threat and marijuana possession after he allegedly hit three people with a vehicle after being asked to leave a housewarming party, according to Pro Football Talk.
