Apple Leaks The iPhone XS, XS Max, XR

Apple's new iPhones Xs are being powered by a new generation of chips dubbed the A12 Bionic, which includes a 6-core CPU, a 4-core GPU and a dedicated neural engine. The strategy is working, helping Apple become the first publicly traded USA company to hit a market value of more than $1 trillion earlier this year. It's expected that the price tag could be as high as $1,200.

Apple's event is happening soon, but a leak may have confirmed the rumors.

Executives made the announcement at the Steve Jobs Theater at Apple's new circular headquarters in Cupertino, California, named after the company's co-founder who wowed the world with the first iPhone in 2007.

The XML file further revealed the colour options for Apple iPhone XS and iPhone XS Max cases.

Apple's big event on Wednesday is expected to feature a variety of new hardware offerings - many of which could answer outstanding questions about how the company plans to expand its sales. The average cost of each iPhone sold hit $724 in Apple's most recent quarter, well above analyst expectations.

Apple uses the S suffix when it upgrades components but leaves the exterior of a phone the same.
