Ariana Grande's Ex-Boyfriend Ricky Alvarez Responds to 'Thank U, Next'

After filming himself listening to the song, zooming in in joke "shock" when hearing the lyrics about him, he posted a screenshot reading: "Nothing but gratitude".

This comes as Ariana confirmed that she's "ready" to head out on tour again: "i'm ready my heart needs it actually finalizing a few more things but i'm tryna get em dates to u asap", she said. "It was meant v lovingly".

The singer revealed on Twitter that both Big Sean and Ricky Alvarez heard the single before she released it.

The song goes on to talk about the lessons she learned from each of her failed relationships.

The singer dropped the new track on Saturday night in the wake of her public split from comedian Pete Davidson.

The singer also slipped up a bit at the end when she concluded the performance by running up the stairs through the audience. Ariana Grande has seen The First Wives Club .

"Even nearly got married, and for Pete I'm so thankful". She sings "Wish I could say, "Thank you" to Malcolm, 'cause he was an angel". Uncomfortable in his skin in recent times since the demise of Mac Miller on 7 September 2018, Ariana is no longer in the mood to party and wants to refocus on itself.

But all was well in the end as Pete realized she was hurt by him mocking their relationship. But, as it turns out, she was pretty upbeat about all of them.

Her latest single release comes as fans have discovered what appears to be a secret album of unreleased material.

The 25-year-old was one of the thousands who re-posted the tweet and praised it for being amusing, but also took the opportunity to praise therapy because it actually saved her life a couple of times.

The only playlist on Zandhr's verified profile is also a "Best Of" the star's material, which has added to the speculation.
