Hulk Hogan returning to ‘WWE Raw’ to honour ‘Mean’ Gene Okerlund

Details about Hogan's tribute to Okerlund were not given, but their friendship spanned several decades.

WWE has already confirmed that Hulk Hogan will be returning to Raw this Monday to celebrate the life of the iconic announcer after Gene interviewed Hogan for many of his memorable promos in both WWE and WCW.

Hogan does one more classic, "Let me tell you something, Mean Gene".

It looks as though another WWE Hall of Famer will be present on this week's Monday Night Raw in Orlando, Florida, but the reason why they will be there is now unclear. While there is no word on what The Nature Boy will be doing on the show, it's heavily anticipated that he will be a part of the tribute to Mean Gene.

'The best partner I ever had, ' Hogan said.

Offseason moves the Baltimore Ravens have to make
The Jacksonville Jaguars immediately come to mind as a club that has the pieces in place to win now but lacks the quarterback. ET on Sunday. "It feels great", Chargers receiver Keenan Allen said about his team's first playoff win since the 2013 season.

"We never rehearsed or did anything scripted from a writer", the tweet said. I would always answer "just follow you brother" and it worked from 1980 - 2017, ' he added.

As for Hogan, this is the first time the WWE Hall of Famer has appeared in front of a live crowd since The Greatest Royal Rumble event in Saudi Arabia this past November.

But in the summer of 2018, Hogan was reinstated, and the next move on his retribution tour would be a physical appearance at a WWE show. At the time, WWE immediately fired Hogan, removed him from the Hall of Fame and the company stopped mentioning his name. Hogan looked to get sincerely choked up when bidding Okerlund goodbye, having to put on his sunglasses to hide the emotion.

Certain fans are excited to see the return of a legend of the industry, but many feel that a modern, diverse WWE has no place for someone who has expressed the controversial opinions that Hogan has.
