Toddler OK After Car Seat Falls Out Of Moving Vehicle

Dashcam footage has captured the terrifying moment a toddler flew out of a moving vehicle despite being securely fastened into a auto seat.

The video shows the vehicle in front of him continue to drive away. He stopped his vehicle and ran to the child's aid.

The child's mother was driving the auto and she returned to the scene once she realized the child was missing.

Sharapova said she was still feeling pain in her right shoulder despite sitting out the end of last season after the US Open . The only break point Sharapova faced was when she double-faulted in the fifth game of the second set.

Mankato police responded to the scene around 11:45 a.m., and said that the mother was driving the auto at the time, Fox 9 reported.

"The child was properly fastened inside the safety seat; however, the child safety seat was not fastened to the vehicle seat", the city said in a statement.

The auto door can then be seen closing as the vehicle continues to drive. Paramedics and police checked the child out as well.

Mankato police are recommending the Blue Earth County Attorney's Office charge the mother with child endangerment and not fastening a child restraint system.
