Juventus sign Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey to 4-year deal

Ramsey will reportedly be second on the club's payroll behind Cristiano Ronaldo, who takes home an estimated $5.3 million per month before tax.

The contract will be effective as of July 1 and will expire on June 30, 2023, Juventus said in a statement.

Aaron Ramsey has confirmed that he will leave Arsenal with a "heavy heart" after signing a four-year contract with Serie A club Juventus worth about £300,000 a week.

Reports have claimed Ramsey will earn between Stg 250,000 ($A455,000) and Stg400,000 ($A730,000) per week after the transfer, for which Arsenal will not be entitled to a fee.

This fake proposal circulated, but it is different from the legitimate, far-left proposals offered by Ocasio-Cortez. And part of what the #GreenNewDeal says, at last, is that Flint wasn't an accident.

The same report has claimed that the Welshman "passed a two-part medical in January", having made a decision to join Juve despite interest from a number of European clubs, including Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain.

"I wanted to issue a personal statement for all the Arsenal fans wh have been extremely loyal and supportive". During his stay at the Emirates Stadium, Ramsey has won three FA Cups and two FA Community Shield titles.

"I will continue to give 100 per cent and hope to finish the season strongly, before heading on to my next chapter in Turin".

The 28-year-old joined Arsenal from Cardiff City as an 18-year-old, and went on to become a central figure of the team, scoring their most important goal of the past decade - against Hull City to bring their nine-year trophy drought to an end.
