According to the report, they shared that people are unable to send out emails using their Gmail accounts.

"The affected users are able to access Gmail, but are seeing error messages, high latency, and/or other unexpected behaviour", the company had originally posted on its service website. "Check your network and try again", is the message that these users said comes while sending email.

Google Inc.'s Gmail and Google Drive temporarily experienced service disruptions Wednesday as part of a worldwide outage -including in Japan.

Earlier, at 10.53am, they said that affected users can access Google Drive but they are receiving error messages, high latency and other unexpected behaviours.

Tiger 'feeling good' as he arrives for the Players
He's one of 23 golfers in the field this week who has played the tournament in its previous incarnation in March. Woods will try to do exactly that and join Jack Nicklaus as the only three-time winners of The Players.

Google has not yet put out an official statement confirming the issue, or commented on how long the outage would last. "We are continuing to investigate this issue".

"Woohoo - loving not being able to access any of my files", one man tweeted.

"So apparently Gmail is down in several countries around the world".

Hours later, it also said that users would experience issues accessing or attaching files in various Google products as well as accessing and saving draft emails and sending emails.

Hopefully, Google will quickly solve this issue.
