The NYPD said Kohji Kosugi has been charged with manslaughter in connection with Tolk's death. Police reportedly believe the Kosugi hit Tolk in the head before the driver got back into his auto. We don't know the cause of death but we are sure it is related to the blow that knocked him to the ground. Police have not made it clear whether Tolk was killed by the blow to the head, or whether it disoriented him and he died in the crash.
