China has filed a trade complaint at the WTO over the U.S.'s Section 232 steel and aluminum tariffs. Chinese authorities issued the communiqué hours after filing a lawsuit against Washington at the WTO for the additional tariffs imposed on imports of Chinese steel and aluminum under the argument of alleged unfair competition.
