Vitality Balls
1 1/2 cups quaint/rolled oats (not fast oats)
1/4 cup peanut butter or almond or soy butter
1/4 cup honey
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/3 cup mini M&Ms, mini chocolate chips or dried cranberries
Sprint of salt
- Combine all components collectively in a medium-sized bowl and stir till nicely mixed.
- Roll into 1 1⁄2 inch balls and set them on parchment or wax paper. Wash or dampen palms after each three to 4 balls to assist maintain the components from sticking to your palms.
- Refrigerate balls for 15 – 20 minutes to assist them harden.
- Take pleasure in your power increase!
